• You are making a reservation or booking directly with the Thekkumbath Sea Breeze Pool Villa.
• Kindly review the booking and cancellation policies. If you decide to modify or cancel the reservation, the specified cancellation fees may apply.
• During check-in, you may be asked to furnish the form of payment and identification proof.
• Any inclusions not mentioned in this booking may incur extra charges.
  The possibility of an early check-in or late check-out depends on room availability.
• Upon cancellation of a refundable booking, the refund process will take between one to two weeks to show the refund back on your credit card or bank statement by deducting the bank, credit card charges, and any applicable cancellation or amendment fee.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation received 7 days prior to check-in date – 95% refund (a service charge of 5% will be applicable on the payment made).
• Less than 4 days prior to the check-in date – No Refund.
• Any amendments to bookings will attract a 5% service charge and Cancellation policy as applicable.
• Rates quoted are based on the number of pax enquired for. Any variance in the number of pax will mean that the rate quoted will not be applicable. To enquire about the new rate applicable please do get in touch with the reservations.
